I finally got the guts and called and made an appointment to see my bishop.
I will be meeting with him tomorrow at 6:45pm.
I don't even know what I will be saying to him, all I know is I need help and I need it now. He might be able to help me or guide me to the right person who can.
Plus I need help spiritually or this will do me in for good.

I love you. Your Bishop will be able to help you, or at least point you in the right direction for guidance. But, reading scriptures and praying will also help. I don't know your exact situation, but I have been through some really hard times with family members and this horrible toxic anger that I had about things, and reading the scriptures and having honest, heartfelt prayers with the Lord has really helped me tremendously.
